School's Out ... Let's Go: Add Your After School or Summer Program

Vancouver Out-of-School Time Programs Survey

Thank you in advance for taking time to participate in the Vancouver Out-of-School Time Programs Coalition Survey. Results from this survey will be compiled into an online data base that will be a resource for parents and children to discover after school programs that fit their needs.

There needs to be one survey for each individual physical site where you oversee children or youth ages 5-18 in their out-of-school time. If you oversee more than one site, you can go to the website and either print out additional copies for each site or submit multiple surveys online.

PLEASE forward this to people that you know who provide after school programs. We would like everyone to have an opportunity to participate in this free resource.
